Jason Palinkas

Jason Palinkas (“JP”), broker and founder of J.P. Capital Realty, is a respected figure in the Central Florida real estate environment. While he is a proven listing and selling agent with hundreds of listings sold and personal sales, his capacities and achievements extend well beyond the retail marketplace.

In the realm of wholesale real estate, JP has successfully paired partners and investors in mutually satisfying joint ventures. He has purchased investment properties for his personal portfolio and put investors together with lender partners for residential, commercial, and multifamily projects. He has also brokered deals with national home builders to buy land for development in Florida.

JP is a developer in his own right, currently undertaking a project to build a next-generation movie studio in Orlando.

While JP brings knowledge and expertise to all facets of his wholesale, commercial, and development real estate pursuits, his primary focus remains helping families make their dream homes come true. A Southern California native, JP moved to Florida after spending 15 years in the motion picture industry working on production of films, episodic television, commercials, and reality TV equipped him with a skillset that he transferred to the real estate industry and that enables him to produce outstanding professional digital and video marketing collateral.
